Care Quality Commission Registration: Application paperwork for health and social care providers who are required to register under the Health and Social Care Act 2008.

- Preparing for ‘fit person’ interview;

CQC INSPECTION READINESS
At WDS we pride ourselves on working with providers in taking a proactive approach to CQC compliance and by getting quality monitoring systems in place. We provide a rolling programme of compliance services on a quarterly basis, we will ensure that you are ready for the inspectors whenever they walk through the door at any time.

- Our consultant will support you in role play situations using ‘actual questions’ from CQC inspections in preparation for Inspection.
- Leadership coaching and Training – WDS provides one hour coaching around leadership issues for manager(s). We also provide Mandatory and Specialist Training for Registered Managers as well as Managers in readiness to be registered. We are flexible in how this is provided; i.e. "face to face", online, we use "Teams", or "video conferencing".
- Email / Telephone Call support – WDS will provide relevant advice/support over the phone and/or by email as per required.
